Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and, where noted, the marketing services we provide. Client engagements are also governed by the written service agreement signed at the start of the work. Where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.

What we do

Klarvo for Plumbers provides digital marketing services to plumbing contractors, including advertising management, search optimisation, website work, review generation and lead handling tools. We are a marketing provider. We are not a licensed plumbing contractor and we do not perform plumbing work.

No guarantee of results

Advertising and search results depend on your market, budget, pricing, capacity, reputation and how quickly you respond to leads, as well as on platform behaviour outside anyone's control. Figures shown on this site are typical ranges for illustration. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, jobs, rankings or revenue.

Fees and billing

• Our standard engagement is a performance fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the amount you invoice for a job generated by our work, payable after that job has been completed and your customer has paid you.
• Jobs that did not come from work we performed are not chargeable. Attribution is by call tracking, form submissions and the reporting we provide to you, which is supplied with each invoice.
• Flat monthly plans are published on our pricing page. If you choose one, it is billed monthly in advance in place of the percentage.
• There is no setup fee and no minimum term.
• Either party may end the engagement with thirty days written notice. Fees already earned on completed and paid jobs remain payable.

Advertising spend

Your advertising budget is separate from our fees. It is billed by the advertising platform directly to your own payment method. We do not hold your advertising funds and we do not add a percentage to them. You remain responsible for amounts owed to advertising platforms.

Your responsibilities

• Holding and maintaining the licences and insurance your state requires, and giving us your current licence number. Florida requires the certified plumbing contractor number and Texas requires the Responsible Master Plumber number in advertising.
• Giving us timely access to the accounts needed to do the work.
• Making sure the claims, offers and pricing you ask us to advertise are accurate and lawful.
• Responding to the leads generated. We cannot book jobs you do not answer.

Account and asset ownership

Advertising accounts, business profiles, websites, domains, hosting and customer data are created in your name and belong to you. We access them as an authorised manager. If the engagement ends, we remove our access and everything remains yours and continues to operate. We will export your contact and conversation data on request.

Intellectual property

On full payment of amounts due, you own the copy, creative and configurations we produce specifically for you. We keep ownership of our own templates, processes, internal tooling and general know-how, and may reuse them for others. Website content on this site belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by advertising platform decisions such as account suspensions or policy changes.

Third-party platforms

Our work depends on platforms we do not control, including search engines, advertising systems and software providers. Their terms, pricing, policies and availability may change at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions, and platform names mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their owners. Their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Website use

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or scrape it for commercial purposes. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
